The tuna melted in my mouth, and the specialty rolls were creative without being overdone. You can really tell the chef takes pride in every detail. We also tried the miso soup and seaweed salad to start—both perfect. And don’t even get me started on the matcha cheesecake for dessert. Absolutely divine.
